Salary : $14.50 - $18.00 / hr DOE / Location

Premier Pool Management is looking to add more Lifeguards to our team this Spring and summer.

Ideal candidates will have a proven history of great customer service, effective communication, and be team player. If you enjoy working in a fun environment with opportunities to meet new people this is the perfect position for you. Lifeguards with Premier Pool Management (PPM) enjoy flexible hours and with a territory covering the entire DMV region, we can offer a wide selection of locations.

Applicants must be punctual, responsible, and able to take / follow directions. Prior experience is not necessary but a current Lifeguard certification is required. Candidates must be able to meet the following base requirements :

• Have current lifeguard and First Aid / AED certification
• Maintain the filtration system and pool chemistry
• Keep pool area clean and restrooms clean
• Ensure gate control along with site-specific requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patron safety at all times
