Description:
The fitness center receptionist shall be responsible for meeting and greeting members, answering the phone, giving out membership joining information, signing up new members, entering in member information and payments in a computer accounting software program, scheduling appointments, addressing any billing issues or member concerns and fulfilling any other responsibilities that the manager feels would be necessary for a smooth and efficiently run fitness center. The applicant must be able to multi task and work under pressure. The applicant should be able to work with a computer software program and have knowledge of basic accounting principles. Should be able to work at least 2 weekends a month. The individual selected for this position will also be required to attend hospital orientation upon hire.
