Descripción del trabajo2+ years of experience in CAD design for land development projects. Proficiency in Civil 3D and strong knowledge of grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer design. Experience in residential and / or commercial land development projects is desirable. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

CAD Designer - For Land Development- Civil
NOT REMOTE
Responsibilities :
- Create CAD drawings for land development projects (residential and commercial) using Civil 3D software.
- Design grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer systems in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and prepare project documentation.
- Assist in the review and approval process with regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in land development and CAD design.
