As a Lead Staffing Supervisor you'll contribute to our success in the following ways :
Supervises the Staffing Supervisors work to meet the client's service plan requirements.Schedules appropriate services for all requests for homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services in a timely manner by established procedures, including staffing planned and unplanned absences.Maintains accurate records of the current and prospective schedules for all caregivers.Reviews and maintains contract-specific documentation for applicable clients.Maintains compliance with State, Federal, licensure and contract related regulatory requirements.Works with and counsel's caregivers to improve and correct performance.Communicates verbal and written disciplinary action for Staffing Specialist as needed working with HR and Branch Directors.Maintains documentation and records for each caregiver and client.Conducts caregiver orientations on supervised clients (Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana only).Monitors systems throughout the day to ensure authorizations match scheduled services.Reviews over- and under-utilization reports and addresses inconsistencies on a daily basis.Reviews and submits employee allegation and worker's compensation injury information to HR (or appropriate authority) in a timely manner.Performs other duties / projects as assigned.What is Required?
Must have two year's (60 credit hours) of college-level education, or (2) two year's management or manager experience for a healthcare provider, or combination of education and experience to meet 2 years.Excellent computer skills and knowledge requiredExcellent communication and organizational skills requiredEmployment or professional experience giving one an understanding of the issues and needs of the elderly or disabled is required.2+ years experience in a fast-paced office is preferred.You will report to the Staffing Manager.
