Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love coaching others? As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide a team of 7–10 Brewistas, ensuring smooth operations while learning how to run a business.

What You'll Do :

  • Responsible for leading a team of 7-10 people while learning how to run a business.
  • Lead and motivate your team during shifts.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Keep operations running smoothly, from inventory to shift checklists.
  • Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.

    • Requirements :

    What We Need From You :

  • Leadership skills and a passion for building people up.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Previous food service or retail leadership experience is a plus.

  • $22-26 / hr with tips
