Job Title :   Senior Administrative Assistant – VP of Human Resources (On-site | $75K + Bonus)

Location : Irvine, CA

Compensation : $75,000 / year + Bonus

Schedule : Full-time, On-site

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Human Resources at a growing and purpose-driven organization based in Irvine, CA . This is a high-impact, on-site role that requires professionalism, discretion, and top-tier administrative skills.

You’ll manage day-to-day executive support tasks while helping drive strategic initiatives, manage sensitive information, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct support to the VP of HR, including managing calendars, meetings, and communications

Coordinate travel, accommodations, and expense reporting

Support the preparation of HR and leadership materials, presentations, and reports

Manage confidential HR communications and data with discretion

Act as a liaison between the VP and internal / external stakeholders

Track operational metrics and support strategic HR projects

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of senior-level administrative or executive assistant experience

Experience supporting HR or C-level executives preferred

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
