Arizona Licensed Clinical Systems Director

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct a team supporting clinical systems and oversee the system development lifecycle (SDLC)

Manage the creation of business requirements documents, test plans, and user training materials

Collaborate with operational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and establish key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

At least 8 years of clinical systems experience, preferably as a product owner or manager in a healthcare environment

At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in clinical systems or informatics

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change

Project management experience, including managing timelines and resources

Operational and process improvement experience
