Descripción del trabajoHigh school diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred 3 plus years of preferred maintenance experience, including hydraulics and troubleshooting Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP PM Module preferred Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical documentation Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to safety and reliability Based in a corporate office and industrial plant setting Regular interaction with maintenance crews, vendors, and operational teams May require off-shift or night work depending on production needs Exposure to mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying weather conditions Participation in weekend and on-call supervisory rotations Competitive base salary $66,980 - $78,710 401(k) retirement savings plan with automatic company contributions and matching Comprehensive benefits including : Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave, and 10 Paid Holidays

What You'll Be Doing :
- Create, manage, and close out work orders in SAP based on planner schedules and equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate SAP records including equipment registration, preventive maintenance protocols, and bill of materials
- Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs
- Supervise a crew of Millwrights, Machinists, Lubrication Technicians, and contractors to ensure safe and effective work
- Lead daily maintenance meetings, coordinate with vendors, and support weekend / on-call supervisory rotations
