Financial Analyst II

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the financial point of contact for assigned organizational areas and provide consulting support

Perform monthly financial analysis, including variance reports and financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IRS guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, and assist in audit and tax schedule preparations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience (3-5 years) in a not-for-profit environment

Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Financial Reporting / ERP software

Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Experience in financial analysis within moderately complex organizations

Customer service focus and ability to assist with problem resolution
