A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that grow stronger every year. You'll assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview, ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service, and perform other duties as assigned.

Your expertise includes a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills required to complete tax return interviews, effective communication skills, previous experience with Windows-based computer programs, and adherence to any additional state and local requirements.
