This role is ideal for a hands-on, experienced technician with a diverse background in commercial construction trades. From framing and drywall to flooring and finish work, you'll be an essential part of delivering exceptional quality on every project. Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of general construction tasks, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical documents.
• Perform job site preparation, layout, and material handling.
• Install or repair structural elements, ensuring all work meets code and safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve construction challenges in real time.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring job site safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Travel to project sites within the Southern California region as required.
