WFM Implementation Support Consultant

A company is looking for a WFM Implementation Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide client-side implementation support for ADP clients transitioning to WorkForceManager

Support pre-implementation activities, business structure setup, and UAT training efforts

Attend project update calls and provide recommendations for best practices during the hyper-care period

Required Qualifications :

Experience with ADP Workforce Manager implementation; certification preferred

Proven ability to drive client deliverables within a shortened timeline

Experience in training and preparing clients for go-live

Ability to support remote work and collaborate effectively with clients

Availability for part-time commitment across the project timeline
