Key Responsibilities
Assist with the development and maintenance of the global salary structure
Conduct market research and analyze data to make recommendations for compensation programs
Support annual rewards planning and lead special projects, including due diligence and M&A support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred with reduced experience requirement
Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, compensation, finance, accounting, or consulting, with at least 2 years as an analyst
Thorough understanding of FLSA and wage compliance regulations
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with compensation analysis platforms preferred
