About The Position

Carle Physician Group -

  • Full Time
  • Friday 8 am - 5 pm

  • Call Schedule : Phone only call for your patients

Compensation : - $315,000 - $350,000 Based on experience

  • Sign-on Bonuses ranging from $20,000 - $25,000
  • Relocation package available
  • $25k Retention Bonuses at year 2 & 4 based on location

  • Join a team of 7 physicians, 5 Advance Practice Providers, and dedicated nurses and MOAs
  • Multiple other Specialty Care Providers on site including Pediatrics, ENT, Vascular, and Podiatry
  • Well-appointed and conveniently located Clinic that offers full lab draw services and X-ray on-site
  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
  • 36 patient contact hours each week with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
