Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate medical record retrieval and ensure timely submission of documentation

Prepare referrals to specialists and manage prior authorization requests

Assist neurologists during virtual visits, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA required)

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical or telehealth setting

Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards

Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual communication tools

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
