Descripción del trabajoBase salary $235k-$250k + Bonus Potential up to $330k with RVU bonus Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more 401K Retirement Plan (3% after 90 days) STD / LTD / Life Insurance Employer Paid Over 5 weeks of time off per year $3,500 for CME $25,000 sign on bonus Relocation assistance Student loan forgiveness $25,000 per year for 3 years through Health Service Corp Position is open due to a retiring physician 4 Day workweek 17-22 patients per day but can be more if desired Joining a team of 4 (1 NP, 1 FM, 1 Peds, and 1 Behavioral) Weekday call 1 : 12, weekend call once every 3 months call is very light on call days Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome Teaching opportunity if desired (extra income). Medical students, residents, NP / PA academic options. MD / DO BC / BE Family Medicine IN Licensed or in Process J1 and H1B accepted Trafalgar is a town in Nineveh and Hensley Township, Johnson County, Indiana Located only 20 minutes from Indianapolis and 40 minutes from Columbus, Trafalgar offers a safe, rural town but still close to a booming population center. Within a short drive you will find the NFL team Indianapolis Colts, NBA team Indiana Pacers, numerous museums, and abundant nightlife. For those with children, within 20 minutes are exceptional schools, universities, and other educational institutions.
