This is a full-time temporary role (approximately 40 hours per week) expected to last 6-8 weeks. We are also open to discussing flexible scheduling. No prior research experience is required - just bring your healthcare background and enthusiasm!

Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! We hold our team members to a high standard of excellence and are looking for energetic, positive, quick learners to be a part of our team. Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states.

What You Will Do :

• Warmly greet and check in patients for clinical visits
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments as needed
• Escort or "room" patients when needed to support clinic efficiency
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Monitor patient wait times and update patients on expected delays
• Assist with scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and organized waiting area
• Communicate efficiently with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
