In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and inspiring the next generation of leaders. You’ll deliver interactive, engaging workshops—both in-person and virtually—across all levels of the organization, from production employees to directors.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate inclusive, interactive leadership and professional development workshops.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions using pre-existing content.
- Adjust and adapt material in real-time based on participant engagement and audience needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance learning programs and incorporate feedback.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, schedules, and travel for workshops and events.
- Maintain attendance and training documentation accurately and efficiently.
Travel
Up to 50% travel to company sites across Illinois and Iowa, with occasional travel to North Dakota, North Carolina, Kansas, Texas, and California.Travel within a 5-hour drive of base location will require use of personal vehicle (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).Why Robert Half?

2–4 years of experience facilitating team meetings, workshops, or training sessions.Experience using virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.1–3 years of experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve content or streamline processes.Demonstrated success coordinating schedules, events, and logistics.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage group dynamics and field challenging questions.Preferred Certifications and / or experience with :
DDI (Targeted Selection)Arbinger (Outward Mindset)Everything DiSC (Workplace, Agile EQ, Management, or Productive Conflict)CliftonStrengths (Gallup)Experience in instructional design, professional mentoring, or coaching (ICF certification a plus).
