Nursing Shift : Day shifts, 3x12-hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 30), primarily weekends

Hours per Week : 36

Electronic Medical Record : MEDITECH (EMR experience not required)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (must be licensed at time of application)

Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience required; 2 years preferred

Travel nursing experience preferred

Ability to provide 2 supervisory references

Current nursing certifications required

Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, skilled care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit

Monitor mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient care using MEDITECH EMR

Educate and support patients and families during the childbirth process

Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff
