Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a General Packager for our client. This position is responsible for completing general pack shop orders by prioritizing tasks based on due dates and complexity, reading work orders or production schedules, and ensuring production and quality standards are consistently met with minimal scrap.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Complete general pack shop orders.
• Prioritize shop orders by due date and complexity.
• Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used or dimensions and tolerances.
• Ensure production and quality levels are met, generating minimal scrap.
• Complete all paperwork reporting of material and labor as required.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) measures.
• Ensure full adherence to the 'Leader Standard Work' profile.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Provide training based on control plans to new and / or junior employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
