Salary Range :

$90k - $125k / annum plus benefits

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Quality Program Manager to lead our Customer Quality initiatives and ensure world-class product performance, customer satisfaction, and reliability. This role will establish and maintain a robust corporate quality framework to drive continuous improvement, reduce RMAs, and elevate the overall customer experience across all sites.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to enhance process capability, implement best practices, and align customer quality objectives with our company's vision for excellence and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and deploy the Customer Experience & Quality (SCE&Q) strategy, including short-, mid-, and long-term goals.
  • Standardize Customer Quality metrics, RCA processes, and RMA management across all sites.
  • Lead the Customer Audit and Inspection Process (IPM, PSI, CLM) and ensure effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce customer risk scores and response times for RMAs.
  • Benchmark best-in-class quality and service metrics within and beyond the industry.
  • Implement VOC (Voice of Customer) programs to drive customer satisfaction and delight.
  • Partner with Sales and Engineering to strengthen relationships with key customers and anticipate emerging needs.
  • Coach and develop site quality teams to enhance analytical, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
  • Utilize data-driven tools (Minitab, PowerBI, Business Central) to monitor COPQ, track performance, and support decision-making.
  • Lead the PK, A3, and Apollo processes for root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in Quality Summits, Benchmarking, and Continuous Improvement events to share learnings and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in Quality or Customer Service roles (customer-facing preferred).
  • 5+ years in Quality Management or Quality Engineering.
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in Minitab, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt or ASQ CQE preferred.
