Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide and Kinesiology Entry Level
Location: StretchMed – Bell Works, Holmdel, NJ
Compensation: Avg $25 - $30+/hour (Base + Bonuses)

StretchMed is hiring founding team members at our Bell Works Holmdel location. This is perfect for candidates looking to gain patient-facing, manual therapy experience while earning significantly more than traditional clinical aide roles.

Your Role:
As a Stretch Therapist, you will use your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help clients improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Perform 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions using the CST™ protocol.
• Assess client flexibility and range of motion.
• Work within defined protocols and scope under StretchMed training guidelines.
• Educate clients on the benefits of recovery and consistent mobility work.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment.

Who We Are Looking For:
• Education: Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or currently enrolled in a related field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Attributes: Professional, empathetic, and eager to learn new modalities.
• Experience: Previous experience as a PT Aide, Chiropractic Assistant, or Athletic Trainer is a huge plus.Comfortable with hands-on physical work and client interaction throughout a full shift.

Schedule:
• Part-Time (approx. 20-25 hours).
• Flexible scheduling (we can work around university or class schedules).
• Must be available for some weekend shifts.
