Sr Business Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Enterprise Business Intelligence and Insights team. In this role, you will help transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will lead the design and development of advanced data solutions, including impactful visualizations, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools, to empower stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical and analytical skills, capable of understanding business challenges and developing both quantitative and qualitative solutions. The candidate must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products.

Success in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities :

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with work both onsite and remotely, based out of our White Plains, NY office.

• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insight into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering and Operations teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate and create data tools for analytics and data science team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
• Create, maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and other visualizations for stakeholders.
• Tightly collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on project planning and design processes.
• Anticipates the impact on the business of any changes to existing systems and advises internal customers as appropriate.
• Formulates options, including assessing their relative merits and risks, and works to determine the best solution.
