Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Site Lead (SL) supporting the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Site Lead will be responsible for all contractual performance of the work. This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do :

• Manages all contractual personnel, transportation, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the JBSA MTC Simulation / Stimulation (Sim / Stim) training support as defined in this Performance of Work Statement (PWS). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
• Overseeing the simulation and models training
• Providing subject matter expertise
• Managing over-the-shoulder training
• Leading the production of exercise / event materials to include after action reviews (AAR) and lessons learned
• Conducting exercise / event analysis in support of simulation enhanced training / tactical gaming, and other directed training, as well as operating simulation clients during testing and exercises
• Holds full authority to act on behalf of the contractor company on all task order matters relating to daily operations.
• Minimum travel required
