Our early work was focused on the entertainment industry, specifically live events (Boston Calling, among others) and recorded music (Sony Music, Universal Music & Disney are all clients). We have dramatically grown our work with big brands (Amazon, Fender) and sports brands (LA Galaxy, Washington Commanders). We have a global client base with a growing local roster across B2B and B2C brands across campaign, content, and branding assignments.

The Role

We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our expanding Finance team. If you are looking to put your accounting / finance skills to work for a growing company where your contribution can have an impact, wed love to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and analysis in the Accounts Receivable function, including sending daily invoices, collecting past due balances, and resolving billing discrepancies;
• Partner with members of the Media department to establish and adjust client budgets;
• Assist the Finance team with month-end tasks;
• Update and maintain various individual account reconciliations on a monthly basis;
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
• Prepare reports on an as-needed basis regarding daily / monthly financial activity;
• Work closely with all members of the Finance team to ensure accuracy in monthly reporting;
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Head of Finance and our Founder.

Compensation

At Gupta Media, base salary is one component of our total compensation and benefits package. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $58,000 - $70,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan, which is based on the company's performance.
