Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with clients through collection calls to resolve outstanding balances, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Efficiently process online order releases to facilitate timely fulfillment and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Accurately reconcile accounts to keep portfolio records current and organized.
• Investigate and resolve deductions, providing comprehensive findings and recommendations to management.
• Review credit limits and make knowledgeable recommendations to mitigate financial risk.
• Balance effective risk management with exceptional customer service to support sales objectives.

Qualifications :

A minimum of 4 years of recent and consecutive experience in B2B Collections is required.

Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is essential.
