• ACLS and BLS required
• 215 estimated birth per year and 2759 estimated surgeries per year
• OB with ortho, ortho spine, general surgery, plastic surgery, ENT, GI, cath lab, urology, podiatry
• Hospital privileges needed
• DEA needed
