Are you a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist seeking a rewarding opportunity in a thriving, patient-centered practice? Wake Forest Health Network OBGYN - Wilkes is actively recruiting an OBGYN physician to join our growing team in North Wilkesboro, NC .   • Laparoscopic hysterectomy
  • Endometrial ablation
  • Slings & LEEP procedures
  • In-office hysteroscopy & pelvic laparoscopy

  • Monday - Thursday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
  • State-of-the-Art Facilities - Conduct procedures both in-office and at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Wilkes Medical Center .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients.
  • Perform routine and complex deliveries , including high-risk obstetrics .
  • Conduct gynecologic surgeries and in-office procedures.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of womens health conditions .
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, family planning, and reproductive health .

    • Qualifications & Requirements :

    Education & Experience :

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school .
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited OB / GYN residency .

    • Licensure & Certification :

  • Current North Carolina Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Board Certification / Board Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology .
  • BCLS & ACLS Certification (required for certain procedures).
  • DEA & Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing.
