Position Summary :

As a Sous Chef, you’ll be a key player in leading kitchen operations and supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining high culinary standards. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Lead Line Cook ready to take the next step in their career with a forward-thinking concept in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities :

Assist in overseeing all kitchen operations, including prep, production, and line service

Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes, maintaining our upscale casual standard

Lead, train, and mentor back-of-house staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Uphold sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with local health regulations

Participate in menu development and seasonal updates in collaboration with the Executive Chef

Contribute to food cost control and inventory management

Help foster a positive, professional kitchen culture aligned with our brand values

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a kitchen leadership role

Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

Strong knowledge of upscale casual dining trends and contemporary plating techniques

Passion for fresh, high-quality food and a commitment to excellence

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-volume service

Strong communication and leadership skills
