Descripción del trabajoCredit card sync errors and related reconciliation. Incorrectly applied payments Integrations with third-party payment software Generate and run custom expense reports using the General Ledger. Reclassify entries and adjust accounts as necessary to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Bookkeeper (QBO Expert)
We are looking for a Bookkeeper (QBO Expert) who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and generating financial reports using QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in bookkeeping best practices.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Record and post journal entries accurately and timely.
- Investigate and resolve issues within QuickBooks Online (QBO), including :
Payment discrepancies related to "Deposit to Account."
