Medical Office Associate - Lancaster Pediatric Center

Join our local Pediatric Specialties team at Penn State Health Lancaster Pediatric Center! Located across from Park City Mall, the LPC team is seeking a Medical Office Associate to join the team. This office handles a variety of specialties, including, but not limited to : GI, Nutrition, Allergy, Infectious Disease, Pulmonary, Hematology / Oncology, Rheumatology, Endo / Diabetes, Nephrology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Dermatology, ENT, Urology, and Audiology. The schedule will largely operate from Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. and sees about 150-200 patients / day. The Medical Office Associate will be responsible for checking patients in and out of appointments, scheduling follow-up appointments, verifying insurance, and verifying patient demographics. The MOA will also handle faxes in and out of the office, along with copay collection.
