Salary : $14 - $20

Forte Human Capital is seeking qualified and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support the VA Medical Center in Memphis across all shifts. CNAs will play a key role in enhancing the care and comfort of our veterans, assisting them with daily care and creating a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist patients with mobility, including support for walking, transfers, and positioning.
• Effectively communicate patient needs and updates with nursing staff and the broader healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patient care.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with patients, offering emotional support and companionship.
