Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine

Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine physician employment in Florida : Are you an experienced nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) who strives to be a strong leader while still being able to serve in a clinical capacity? If so, TeamHealth is seeking an experienced advanced practice clinician (APC) to serve as a system lead at multiple Tenet Healthcare sites in south Florida. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of emergency medicine (EM) experience as well as leadership experience.

In addition to working full-time clinical hours, this position includes multiple leadership responsibilities. Some of these responsibilities include : participation in departmental QA projects, scheduling all APCs, orientation, on-boarding of new clinicians, completion of annual evaluations, managing disciplinary and termination procedures as necessary, and monthly metric reporting.
