Must Have Technical / Functional Skills :

Expertise in IBM MDM versions (e.g., v11 / v12), Java development, database experience (Oracle), data modeling, data integration tools, and suspect duplicate processing.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design & Customization : Design and develop customized IBM MDM solutions using tools like the MDM Workbench, including extensions, additions, and behavior extensions.

Databases : Experience with Relational Databases, particularly Oracle SQL (DDL, DML), and knowledge of database design.

Suspect Duplicate Processing : Configure and tune the Probabilistic Matching Engine (PME) to identify and resolve suspect duplicates.

Collaboration : Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure the MDM solution aligns with business requirements and objectives.

Troubleshooting : Investigate and resolve technical incidents and data integration issues within the MDM environment.

Communication : Strong written and oral communication skills to present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving : Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and system issues.

Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, as well as work independently. "
