Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or support

1-2 years of experience managing and mentoring a team

Strong leadership presence and ability to promote a positive team culture

Experience with process improvements and technology scaling

Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and project management skills
