Oracle Customer Success Services Sales Representative

Candidates located in the West will be given priority consideration. From planning to optimizing, Oracle CSS spans all phases of the Oracle solution lifecycle, helping customers align their IT and business strategies, improve system performance, and gain a competitive edge. Oracle CSS helps customers proactively handle their Oracle investment for maximum business results. A designated team of service engineers, technical account managers, and product authorities provides highly engineered solutionsincluding validated methods; standard methodologies; and proactive, personalized assistanceto help ensure continual operational improvement, smoother upgrades, higher system availability, and better overall system performance. The result is a distinctly superior Oracle ownership experience. Depending on the chosen level of service engagement, customers can customize the scope and frequency of these flexible offerings to match their specific business needs. This highly engineered approach to continual operational improvements helps customers extract more value from their Oracle systemswith greater speed and less disruption to their business.

As the CSS Sales Rep; you'll be responsible for closing service engagements within a defined set of accounts, selling to commercial accounts in Western States with 15%+ travel.

Responsibilities :

  • Possess strategic account planning and effective presentation skills over Web Conference and in person.
  • Collaboration skills with both internal and external partners.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of consultative selling of strategic service solutions within commercial accounts.
  • Be a "hunter" with a proven track record to gain immediately creditability with C-level executives.
  • Experience selling to Hospitality, Retail or Services industries highly desired.

Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50 / 50. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
