The Director of Nursing (DON) oversees clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, nursing practice, and staff development. This role drives clinical excellence through leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The DON fosters a culture of collaboration, service excellence, and fiscal responsibility, working closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to achieve operational success and superior patient / resident experience.

Required Qualifications :

• Current RN License by State Board of Nursing required with demonstrated managerial and administrative ability.
• Experience in the long-term care profession or working with geriatric population preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with at least two years supervisory experience.
