POSITION SUMMARY
As an Automotive Service Technician for Big O Tires, you will perform service and installation activities associated with store products and services in an accurate and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Provide fast and friendly customer service.Test drive vehicles, test components and systems useing diagnostics tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Perform coolant flushes, transmission services, Brake flushes and other regular vehicle maintenancePromote sales through explaining benefits of service and products to customersMaintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, vendors and customersKeep supervisor informed of any maintenance problems and / or any issues that need attentionSafely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissionsMaintain a clean environment, tools and equipment, using company guidelinesKnow and adhere to company policies and proceduresUtilize and perform all duties on the company checklists to meet consistent adherence to policies, procedures and expectationsQUALIFICATIONS
