As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on our team, you'll do more than oversee treatment plans—you'll become a key part of a collaborative, values-driven culture committed to excellence in behavioral health.

What You'll Do as a BCBA :

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
