Location : Lacey, WA | Industry : Plumbing

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Schedule : Flexible – either 7 : 30AM-5 : 30PM or 9 : 30AM-7 : 30PM

Pay : $40-60 / hr

Benefits : 2 Weeks PTO, 10 paid Holidays, Medical / Dental / Vision insurance with 75% employer paid premiums and 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match. Additional perks include company truck, uniforms, tools provided, as well as incentives and commission opportunities.

About the Job

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a plumbing company located in Thurston County, to fill a Licensed Commercial Plumber role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a growing team with a passion for service.

This position is Direct Hire, with a consistent full time, day shift schedule. The pay range is $40-60 / hr and the company offers a full benefits package upon hire.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment in residential and commercial settings
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide cost-effective solutions
• Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions, and pricing
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent using ServiceTitan software
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines on the job site
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality
• Stay current with industry trends, new products, and techniques
• Provide emergency plumbing services when needed
