A company is looking for a Manager of FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial targets
Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions based on financial performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience
Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting or similar platforms preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL experience is a plus
Proven ability to present to senior and executive leadership teams
