Administrative Coordinator
Prince William County's Department of Facilities and Fleet Management is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join the Buildings and Grounds Division. About This Role : This position will report to the Assistant Director of Buildings & Grounds and is responsible for actively managing the division's Administrative Staff. Key responsibilities include delegating work assignments, reviewing staff submissions for payroll and reconciliations, promoting staff professional development.
The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for responding to emails, managing recruitment paperwork and onboarding for the division, coordinating the employee evaluation process, generating work requests as needed, and reviewing correspondence and other documents for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation. Additional duties include managing the bi-weekly payroll process, ordering supplies, maintaining unit inventory, recruiting and interviewing candidates for vacant positions, documenting and presenting staff training, and providing administrative support to the Assistant Director and other division leaders as needed.
Minimum Requirements : High school diploma or G.E.D. and 3 years of related experience.

37.5 hours a week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm.
Hiring Salary Range :
$28.32 to $38.11
