Location : Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite)

Pay : $50,000 - $60,000

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll support purchasing and supplier operations to ensure cost recovery, compliance, and smooth communication across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities :

Collect, organize, and maintain supplier documents

Audit and approve supplier invoices

Support the collection of supplier information

Communicate with suppliers to address concerns and track performance

Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person supplier meetings as needed

Escalate issues to Buyers or Analysts when necessary

Qualifications : Required :

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products

Background or coursework in supply chain, cost management, or related field (highly preferred)

Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail

Strong communication and follow-up abilities

Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude

Preferred :

Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments

Familiarity with supplier management systems or invoice auditing
