  • JOB PURPOSE We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Financial Aid & Enrollment Insights Manager .
  • This role is responsible for overseeing the full financial aid process as well as analyzing and reporting on financial aid and admissions data.
  • Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current families, maintaining accurate financial aid records and databases, analyzing data to identify trends and develop five-year projections, and managing the audit process to ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial aid documentation.
  • The Financial Aid and Data Insights Manager plays a critical role in advancing the school’s admissions strategy by transforming data into actionable insights.

  • Director of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid Start Date : July 1st 2026 Essential Duties & Responsibilities : The Financial Aid  & Enrollment Insights Manager is responsible for the following tasks, including, but not limited to : Developing and managing meetings and communication schedule with future and current financial aid families about financial aid matters Building strong positive relationships with financial aid families Ensuring the team delivers accurate and timely responses to families regarding the application process, types of aid, and awards Oversee file audits to ensure all documents are present Overseeing verification of all Clarity files in preparation for awarding Identifying families not meeting deadlines, coordinating / managing responses to appeals or change in financial situations.
  • Managing communication with current financial aid families and notifying of deadlines and changes of requirements for financial aid documents Represent Financial Aid during Orientation, Admission Events and Fairs Development of trend analysis of enrollment across the school taking into consideration factors driving historical data and future changes Prepare reports, spreadsheets and analysis for Senior Leadership Team and Financial Aid Committee of the Board  Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across multiple platforms Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Create regular admissions funnel reports (inquiry → application → enrollment) for enrollment managers, leadership and board.  Analyze trends in applicant demographics, conversion rates, yield, and retention.
  • Produce comparative year-over-year and campus-based data reports to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that inform admissions marketing strategies, outreach efforts, and financial aid modeling.
  • Support goal setting and performance measurement for admissions and enrollment initiatives.
  • Identify emerging trends (e.g., geographic reach, feeder schools, international markets).
  • Develop predictive models and enrollment forecasts.
  • Present data and insights in clear, visual, and compelling formats to leadership and in committee meetings.
  • Train team members in data literacy and promote a data-informed culture within admissions.
  • Other duties assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within education, admissions, enrollment management, or institutional research.
  • Prior professional experience working in financial aid or tax preparation Advanced skills in Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to analyse data for predictive reporting Warm and approachable with excellent customer service skills The ability to really listen and empathize with families Able to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment Ability to work with accuracy under tight deadlines Detail Oriented Organized Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Solid written and verbal communication skills Bilingual and Clarity and Veracross software experience a plus This is a twelve-month position, including some weekends and evenings   TO BE CONSIDERED To be considered for the above-mentioned position, please submit the following items through our online career site https :
