Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join multiple Speech-Language Pathology positions supporting K-12 students in Salem, OR for the 2025-2026 school year. These contract roles offer an opportunity to provide direct therapy services within a dynamic school setting, working on-site to serve diverse caseloads.

Position Details :

  • Five Speech-Language Pathologist openings available
  • Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week
  • Caseloads averaging around 50 students
  • PreK-12 options with assignments tailored to staff strengths
  • Must work onsite during school year
  • Contract position aligned with the academic calendar

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate, plan, and provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with varying communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into educational programs
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational and clinical standards
  • Adapt interventions based on student progress and feedback
  • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or valid SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working within a school setting strongly desired
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
