We are seeking a Civil / Sitework Estimator to join their growing team in Winter Haven, FL. This is a key role within a high-performing estimating department, responsible for developing detailed project estimates, managing subcontractor pricing, and supporting pre-construction planning for a variety of earthwork and infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity

As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for analyzing project drawings, compiling detailed take-offs, and creating accurate and competitive estimates that support project delivery and profitability. You’ll work closely with project managers, field teams, and clients, contributing to both new business pursuits and repeat client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to produce detailed cost estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs and organize subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and bid proposals
• Collaborate with project managers on pre-construction and construction estimates
• Understand constructability, sequencing, and logistics to improve estimate accuracy
• Evaluate market conditions, material pricing, and labor trends to inform costing
• Support presentations and client discussions with detailed estimating data
• Maintain estimating documentation and reports for all active bids
