Customer Care Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Review sales contracts to ensure accuracy and facilitate ordering

Conduct introductory calls with new customers to discuss orders and schedule installations

Provide excellent customer service and assist with service / repair scheduling

Required Qualifications

Customer service and data entry experience

Basic computer knowledge

Experience in reviewing construction or sales contracts (preferred)

Proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical skills
