Central Michigan | Private Practice | Sign-On & Relocation Bonus Available

A high-producing Central Michigan private practice is actively seeking a full-time Dentist to step into an established, thriving office as the current owner transitions into retirement. The practice has been searching for the right fit and is now prepared to move aggressively, including offering a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and flexible, negotiable terms to secure the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking high income, long-term stability, and a balanced schedule in a practice with a loyal patient base and consistent demand.

  • Four-day workweek (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), providing excellent work-life balance

Practice Overview

  • Operatories: 2 per doctor plus 3 hygiene rooms
  • Patient flow: 15–20 patients per doctor daily (40–50 total practice-wide)
  • Scope of care: Restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and partials
  • Patient demographics: Mixed, primarily adult population
  • 2024 production: $1.76M
  • 2025 year-to-date production: $678K
  • Payor mix: Primarily private insurance and fee-for-service; children’s Medicaid accepted in-state

Compensation and Incentives (Negotiable)

  • Daily guarantee or percentage of production, based on your preference
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • Relocation assistance offered
  • Lab fees covered
  • Employer covers 50% of medical benefits
  • 401(k) plan
  • Compensation structure, bonuses, and terms are negotiable for the right candidate
