Senior Oracle Database Administrator

A company is looking for a Senior Oracle Database Administrator to provide expert-level support for Oracle database environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting

Write PL / SQL code, stored procedures, and scripts for database access and performance optimization

Monitor and optimize database performance; apply patches, upgrades, and security updates

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required

Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle RDBMS and related technologies

Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and Oracle Grid Infrastructure

Strong knowledge of PL / SQL, database theory, and performance tuning

Experience with Oracle on Linux / Solaris platforms
