Location

The role supports services in South Central Kansas. Training, meetings, and equipment are conducted at the IdeaTek office located at 111 Old Mill Lane Buhler, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage fiber optic installations and repairs for business clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for business customers, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
• Install, configure, and repair VOIP services specifically for business clients.
• Independently handle complex installations and repairs in various business settings.
• Provide an exceptional on-site experience to business customers by being professional, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable regarding FTTP (Fiber to the Premises) service, gateways, and WiFi solutions tailored for businesses.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of aerial and underground fiber networks servicing commercial areas.
• Install and maintain fiber drops from the service terminal to business premises.
